Hello, I’m Debbie.

Thank you so much for visiting my site! I invite you to look around and acquaint yourself with my work. I am grateful you have found me.

A little about me and my work. I am a self-taught abstract artist. I live in the country surrounded by nature. I have a large supportive family and my grandson is a continuing source of joy. Family and my surrounding environment are a constant source of inspiration.

Painting is how I express my connection with nature and spirit. Fuelled by my supportive and encouraging family I explore a variety of methods of creative expression using a myriad of tools. Experiments with encaustic wax, oil paint, and acrylic have provided the vehicles for my intuitive response to my own inner voice. Letting it guide the crafting of the nuances of each painting.

My hope is with each piece I establish a deeper connection to the ups and downs that life presents us all on the journey.
